DIY Paper Plate Aquarium

Materials: 

2 Paper Plates 

Scissors 

Plastic Wrap

Something blue - paint, markers, or crayons 

Decorations - pom poms, fuzzy sticks, shells, googly eyes

Glue dots or glue gun (use with a parent)
