Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we'd be happy to help fix the problem. Items purchased on kidmademodern.com can be returned within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Kid Made Modern products purchased from other retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase.

To request a return or exchange, please visit our Returns Center at www.kidmademodern.com/returns. For additional support, you can email us at help@kidmademodern.com or call us toll-free at 1-844-KID-MADE (Monday - Friday, 9AM-5PM EST). Please allow 14 days for your return to be processed. Once your return is processed, we will send an email to confirm the finalized return.

Original shipping charges are not refundable, except in cases where the incorrect item was sent or the item was received damaged upon delivery.
